Brett was great. I dropped off a cracked circuit board for repair after getting a quote by phone. I was expecting to pick it up after a couple days, but he asked if I could wait a few minutes and fixed it right on the spot. It work good as new, very pleased.

Okay, sometimes it's hard to get a hold of anyone there, but he is so backed up with work it's not funny. But he has repaired 2 TVs for me. It took a while, but there is NO PLACE, literally, in the Dayton, Ohio area that will fix your big screen TVs. He's good, honest and fair and I hope he doesn't close his doors anytime soon, because I've got 2 more that need repaired. I've just got to get them up there.

Called in to get a quote on a 65" to 70" smart LG TV cracked screen repair. When my 65 inch Samsung Smart TV wouldn't turn on, I was a little bit nervous of who to take it to. After reading the reviews for Brett I decided to try him out. Best decision ever. There were several things wrong with my television, and to repair it came with a risk of the screen cracking, making it useless. To perform the repairs needed, was nothing short of a surgical procedure. Brett gave me periodical updates and together we said a little prayer. I was hoping for the best but preparing for the worst when the final phone call came in. He was successful and even took it upon himself to replace some things internally to upgrade it, free of charge. I paid him more than he quoted me because he really did an amazing job. This guy is a genius. HIGHLY recommend.

Called to schedule an appointment for someone to come look at my television but they were not taking any new appointments as they were so booked right now. So I asked his opinion about our problem and he was able to tell me it was not able to be repaired and a list of good televisions. He said that would have cost $100 to have him come to the house and tell me the same thing so I really appreciate him being honest with me!!

Called about broken screen on my TV, the person helping me was very nice and told me the repair would cost more than buying a new TV, and then gave me a good model recommendation for a new one. I’m very pleased with their knowledge/ honesty and would highly recommend!

After talking with the owner by phone, he helped me realize that using his services for a service call was an unnecessary expense. After hearing the problem with my TV, he advised me that it would be smarter to purchase a new TV than to pay for a service repair call that would probably only lead to more repairs. I really appreciate his honesty.

What a great business. I brought my old TV in for a screen repair, unfortunately the guy (didn't catch his name) isn't able to repair it. But instead of charging me a $75 deposit just to discover it wasn't fixable, he actually took the time to do a little research first and let me know ahead of time. He easily could have grabbed a free $75 from me but he was focused on providing great service, and that's what I got. Then he went even further to give me some good advice on what to look for when I shop for a new TV. Fantastic service.

I had some amplifiers that quit working and the shop said they could evaluate and most-likely fix them for a fraction of the cost of new ones. The shop is under renovation so it's not much to look at but the owner was friendly and professional. I will update once all of the amps have been repaired.
